The winery is owned by the Pflüger family. The color is bright yellow with a green undertone. The aroma is minerally fresh and lusciously fruity. Feel peaches, ripe yellow fruits, white flowers, linden blossoms, jasmine, ripe citrus, orange, lime and pickled ginger. The taste is vividly mineral and fruity. Feel apricots, peaches, ripe white currants and ripe citrus. The aftertaste is minerally long and citrusy-gingerly fruity. The grapes are hand-picked in mid-October from vineyards located on red sandstone soils. – “Buntsandstein” characterizes the soil, translated as “colored sandstone”. Les Grand Chais de France Group is a family company established in 1979 and one of the largest wine companies in France. The color is light, pale salmon pink.
