These terms and conditions regulate the use of our website and all the material on the website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you use the website, because once you use the website in any way, you will be considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions.

PADISE MANOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. general principles
Padise Manor does not operate as a traditional hotel.
We offer the manor as a complete private-use solution, where the entire environment is reserved exclusively for one group during the booking period.
Our service is based on privacy, a calm atmosphere, and adherence to agreed terms.

2. booking and payment terms
Bookings are made upon request.
By accepting the offer, the client is required to confirm the booking via email at info@padisemois.ee and pay the advance payment within 10 (ten) working days.
If the client does not confirm the booking or pay the advance within this period, the offer is considered declined.
A booking becomes valid once the offer has been confirmed and the advance payment has been received in Padise Manor’s bank account.
Unless agreed otherwise, the client must pay 100% of the total service cost no later than 30 days before the event.

3. accommodation and use of the manor
Accommodation is part of the overall service provided by Padise Manor.
The manor has 20 double rooms, plus 3 additional rooms in the spa house.
When booking the manor, it is expected that a substantial portion of the accommodation will be used to ensure privacy and service quality.
Padise Manor reserves the right to determine the scope of accommodation based on each booking.
Check-in from 15:00
Check-out by 12:00

4. events and schedule
During events, the manor premises are available to the client within the agreed timeframe.
Standard usage time for events:
access to event halls from 12:00 (for setup and decoration)
the event must end no later than 01:00
Extension of the event is possible upon prior agreement and subject to additional charges.
Earlier access to the halls is possible only upon prior agreement.

5. catering
Catering at Padise Manor is provided exclusively through approved partner catering companies.
The use of external catering providers is not permitted.

6. alcohol policy
Alcohol must be ordered either through a catering partner or from the Padise Manor wine cellar.
Bringing your own alcohol is allowed upon prior agreement, subject to a corkage fee of €20 per adult.
Bringing your own food is not permitted.

7. pets
Pets are not allowed.

8. boutique spa
The Padise Manor boutique spa is always fully private and available only by prior booking.
The spa is intended exclusively for the booked group and is not open to individual visitors.
Maximum capacity is up to 20 people.

9. additional services
Additional services are available for an extra fee, including extra beds, early check-in, late check-out, bar service, spa usage, and other agreed services.

10. booking modifications
If the client wishes to modify the booking, they must notify Padise Manor without delay.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Padise Manor reserves the right to make changes if providing the service becomes impossible or unreasonably difficult.

11. cancellation policy
Padise Manor has the right to cancel a booking if the client fails to make payments on time, materially breaches the terms and conditions, or if providing the service becomes impossible due to reasons caused by the client.
The client has the right to cancel the booking by notifying Padise Manor in writing via email at info@padisemois.ee.
The cancellation date is considered the date when Padise Manor receives the notice.
In case of cancellation, the following terms apply:
more than 6 months before the event – free cancellation
6 to 3 months before the event – 25% of the advance payment
3 to 1 month before the event – 50% of the advance payment
less than 1 month before the event – 100% of the advance payment
less than 7 days before the event – 100% of the total service cost
Refunds are made to the same account from which the original payment was made.

12. force majeure
If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, the parties will agree on a new date within 12 months.
If a new date cannot be agreed upon, 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If the service cannot be provided within 12 months due to force majeure, 85% of the paid amount will be refunded.

13. noise and manor environment
Padise Manor is a historic and peaceful environment.
The use of music and sound equipment must respect the nature of the building.
Excessive noise levels or vibrations are not permitted.
Padise Manor reserves the right to limit sound levels or stop music if it threatens the property or disturbs the environment.

14. liability
The client is responsible for the proper use of the manor property and for the behavior of their guests.
Any damage caused must be compensated by the client.

15. handover of premises and cleaning
Padise Manor provides the premises in a clean and prepared condition.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the premises and surrounding areas are returned in a proper condition.
After the event:
the client must remove all personal belongings and decorations
ensure that the premises are not excessively dirty beyond normal use
All decorations, equipment, and other items brought by the client must be removed from the manor no later than 11:00 on the following day, unless agreed otherwise.
Standard post-event cleaning is included in the service price.
If additional cleaning is required, Padise Manor reserves the right to charge extra based on the actual workload.
Any damage to the premises or inventory must be compensated by the client.
Padise Manor reserves the right to document the condition of the premises after the event and invoice accordingly.
It is not permitted to use installation methods that may damage surfaces (e.g. nails, screws, strong adhesives).

16. final provisions
Padise Manor reserves the right to refuse a booking that does not align with the manor’s concept and to terminate an event in case of violation of agreed terms.
