A classic dry Spanish cava with fresh green apple, citrus and a light toasted note. Made by the traditional method and aged on the lees for at least 12 months.

Aroma and palate: Green apple, citrus and gentle toast. Dry and fresh.

Grapes: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.

Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.

Food pairings: Seafood, sushi and goat’s cheese salad.
