OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
Flama d’Or Cava Brut
A classic dry Spanish Cava made by the traditional method and aged on the lees for at least 12 months. Fresh green apple and citrus notes are complemented by a delicate toasted character.
Wine details — Grapes: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. Serve at 6–8 °C.
Food pairing — Pair with seafood, sushi or goat’s cheese salad.

Champagne Launois Dorine
A generous Blanc de Blancs Champagne with a creamy texture, combining lively freshness with a subtle oak influence. Ripe peach, citrus, white flowers, vanilla and brioche lead to a long, elegant finish.
Wine details — Grape: 100% Chardonnay. Origin: Côte des Blancs, Champagne, France. Serve at 8–10 °C.
Food pairing — Excellent with scallops, seafood, buttery sauces and mature cheeses.

La Chiara Gavi DOCG del Comune di Gavi
An elegant, dry white wine from Piedmont. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white flowers meet a delicate almond note, refreshing minerality and a clean finish.
Wine details — Grape: Cortese. Origin: Gavi, Piedmont, Italy. Serve at 8–10 °C.
Food pairing — Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled fish, seafood and lighter pasta dishes.

A ripe, fruit-forward red wine from the La Chiara family estate in Piedmont. Notes of cherry, plum and gentle spice accompany a rounded, soft and generous palate.

A light, bright and fruity Portuguese white wine. Fresh lime, quince and green apple give it an airy texture, gentle acidity and a refreshing finish.

An elegant dry Pinot Blanc from Baden, Germany. Apple, pear and subtle citrus notes are balanced by a mineral touch, fresh acidity and a smooth, clean finish.

A family-owned Champagne house in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Padise Manor is its exclusive representative in Estonia, importing these distinctive Champagnes directly from the producer.

Flama d’Or
We are the exclusive Estonian representative of Flama d’Or and have a long-standing relationship with its producer, Castell d’Or. We have visited the winery and selected its Cavas personally.

La Chiara
A family winery in the Gavi area that we have visited in person. As its exclusive representative in Estonia, we import its Gavi, Timorasso and Barbera wines directly.

This family winery makes expressive white wines, red wines and Pinot Brut in Baden. Padise Manor is its exclusive representative in Estonia, sourcing wines directly from the estate.
