La Chiara Gavi is an elegant, fresh white wine from Piedmont made from Cortese grapes.

Aroma and palate: Green apple, lemon zest, white flowers and a hint of almond. Dry and mineral, with a clean finish.

Grape: Cortese.

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C in a white wine glass.

Food pairings: Seafood, grilled fish and lighter pasta dishes. Also good as an aperitif.
