Dark berries and blueberries mingle with ripe fig, cocoa and a hint of mocha. The palate is fresh, balanced and structured, with ripe tannins and a long, elegant finish.

It pairs well with dinner and is equally enjoyable on its own, with depth and structure without feeling heavy.

Winemaking
